Lower East Side Food Tour

Description and progress of the culinary tour in the multi-ethnic district of the Lower East Side in Manhattan

The Lower East Side was Manhattan’s most populated and ethnically diverse neighborhood in the 19th century. Life teemed between its Tenements between different communities who left their mark in this unusual neighborhood. Between vibrant murals and a statue hidden on a roof, let yourself be carried between several flagship culinary establishments for a gourmet and cultural visit at the same time.

On the Lower East Side culinary tour, you will taste the following specialties:

Half a toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon that melts in your mouth!
3 Chinese ravioli cooked with small onions and full of flavors
A bit of vegetables anyway with a creamy soup and homemade cornbread by the bubbly Tiffany, an American who loves Paris ;-).
Condiments from the neighborhood’s Jewish tradition: which one will you choose?
A whole donut with an original taste (go for the crème brûlée one, our favorite)
A decadent chocolate-covered pretzel in one of the neighborhood’s oldest candy shops
A bottle of water to stay hydrated between these delicious meals

Please note, these specialties are subject to change depending on their availability.
